Mischa debuts as Gobryas in Handel’s Belshazzar with the American Bach Soloists. The other soloists are Maya Kherani as Nitocris, mother of Belshazzar; Sarah Coit as Daniel, a Jewish prophet; Eric Jurenas as Cyrus, Prince of Persia; and Matthew Hill as Belshazzar, King of Babylon.

“The galant styles of High Baroque and Rococo music join hands in the mature works by Bach and Rameau. The Missa in A Major is a curious amalgam of the traditional and contemporary, featuring a pair of a relatively “new” instrument on the scene, the flauto traverso. And the ornate wizardry of Rameau's theatrical Dardanus brought the opera acclaim as one of his greatest compositions. Mischa joins The Mirror Visions Ensemble for a debut performance at the Music Niagara Festival. Music by Haydn, Britten, Schubert, Berlioz, Gilda Lyons, Weill, Brahms, Scott Wheeler, Barber, Tom Cipullo and others. Joining Mischa are Daniel McGrew (tenor), Grant Wenaus (piano) and Mireille Asselin (soprano).

A recording of recent works set to the poetry of Lucy Miller Murray. Among Mischa’s collaborators are David Shifrin (clarinet) and Yevgeny Yontov (piano), in conjunction with ABESHOUSE PRODUCTIONS and Musica Solis.
